From Tech Lead to Chief Technology Officer

Serhii began his journey here as a Tech Lead with big ideas. Early on, he led his project, gaining skills that shaped his path. After a chapter at Amazon and over a decade in tech, he found his true passion: building products, not just code.

Driven by curiosity and a strategic mindset, Serhii grew into the CTO role. Today, he leads with vision, blending tech depth with business insight to turn challenges into meaningful solutions.

Yelyzaveta Yeske

From Intern to Marketing Manager

Yelyzaveta joined us as a Marketing Intern, diving into iGaming with energy and a can-do spirit. Through hands-on mentorship and unwavering team support, she turned challenges into opportunities to level up.

Today, as Marketing Manager, she leads our social media and iGaming conference campaigns, crafting experiences that make competitors take notice.

Zurab Zirakadze

From Software Engineer to QA Team Lead

Zurab joined VeliTech five years ago as a Software Engineer with a passion for doing things right. From day one, he focused not just on testing but on building quality, becoming a key voice in improving processes, tools, and teamwork.

Today, as a QA Team Lead, Zurab brings deep tech knowledge, guides his team to deliver products that meet the highest standards, and mentors new QAs to grow with confidence.

From Support Manager to Head of VeliHorizon

Andrii started as a Support Specialist, but he didn’t just fix issues — he reimagined the systems behind them. With hands-on experience, real wins and losses, and a team that had his back, he set his sights on business analysis.

Having grown to the Head position, he drives innovation and mentors others to lead with ownership and initiative to succeed.

From Office Manager to People & Culture Lead

Alona has been with VeliTech since its early days. Starting as an Office Manager, she brought the human touch that helped turn a workplace into a winning team. Her passion for growth led her into HR, where she quickly became a driver of our culture of learning.

Today, as People & Culture Lead, she heads our Learning & Development initiatives and leads teams across locations, creating pathways for people to grow and thrive.
