ADOPT. Tech that has already proven itself under pressure. Scalable, reliable, and actively used in our production environments. It’s our daily-use, low-risk, high-trust tools we recommend for widespread use.

TRIAL. Tech that has shown promise in real-world projects. It’s the first true test – serious use that reveals both strengths and limits. There’s a bit more risk, but some of our engineers have already led the way and are ready to share what they’ve learnt.

ASSESS. Tech that caught our eye. Promising and full of potential, but not yet proven on the floor. We’re investing in prototyping and exploring what it might unlock – with eyes wide open to the risks. Some of our engineers are already hands-on, experimenting and sharing insights.

HOLD. Tech, we’re hitting pause on. Not the right bet for new projects, and not where we see future wins – at least not yet. It may still run in existing setups, but we’re not using it in new projects.
